Wintertini!!!

These drinks were such a BIG hit over the holidays! I am stockpiling egg nog so that I can make these for SuperBowl!

Addicting and so good!

Wintertini

Yield: 2 drinks

1oz Kahlua

1oz Bailey’s (prefer Carmel but regular is good)

1oz Vodka (prefer whipped cream or vanilla)

Eggnog

Hershey Chocolate syrup*

Sugar and cinnamon* (mixed on a paper plate this is to rim the glass)

Nutmeg*

*These are optional but I personally would not omit them :)

1.    In martini shaker add about 5 cubes of ice. Pour in the first 3 ingredients and shake.

2.    Prepare your martini glass by moistening the rim with a wet paper towel. Dip the rim of glass in the plate with cinnamon and sugar mixture until entire rim has a nice glaze.

3.    Drizzle a bit of Hershey syrup inside the glass.

4.    Pour eggnog in the glass. About 2 -3 generous splashes or about one third of the glass.   (You can control how strong the drink is by amount of eggnog.)

5.    Pour shaker mixture into prepared martini glass over the eggnog

6.    Sprinkle a bit of nutmeg
